Superior category extra virgin olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means. The vegetal sensation is clear to the nose, with marked references to the fruit of origin, healthy and well worked. The fruitiness is medium intensity, elegant and clean. On the palate the sensation of almond green is confirmed, it has an excellent fluidity and structure. The positive attributes are well measured and in perfect balance, the bitterness is perceptible and the spicy, in closing, is persistent.
