It is a Garda DOP monocultivar Casaliva oil with a delicate yet refined character, with fruity notes reminiscent of green almonds, a pleasant spiciness, and very low acidity. An oil capable of enhancing any dish and transforming even a simple loaf of bread into something special.
Our production is limited: each bottle represents a territory, a family, and a way of farming that puts quality first.
